Items damaged during shipping can be exchanged at Muttonbone Productions, Inc. within 30 days of delivery. Please include the original packing slip, a valid exchange authorization number. Contact us ahead of time at orders@muttonbone.com for an authorization number and cost of shipping.

Express Mail (1-2 days / Runs around $20-$25)
For international shipping, we currently offer:International Parcel Post (1-2 weeks / Flat rate $17). All shipping charges are given during your checkout proceedure before you confirm your order.
