Muttonbone Productions, Inc. does not provide refunds. However, we do accept exchanges for the same item purchased.

Items damaged during shipping can be exchanged at Muttonbone Productions, Inc. within 30 days of delivery. Please include the original shipping email, a valid exchange authorization number. Contact us ahead of time at orders@muttonbone.com for an authorization number and cost of shipping.

For Domestic shipping, we currently offer:
Ground UPS (3-5 days)
Express Mail (1-2 days) Options and prices will be available during the order process.

For international shipping, we currently offer:
International Parcel Post (Time wildly differs between country).

All shipping charges are given during your checkout procedure before you confirm your order.

We process orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

We ship all of our products in plain packaging. We don’t want the mailman stealing your sheep.
